  • Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. Please not, however, you do not need to have a Paypal account to use it, you can simply use a credit card.  

  • If you would like to pay via a direct deposit please contact us for banking details. Please use your name as a reference for direct deposits.  Account details will be sent along with the invoice.

  • Please refer to the size chart before your purchase.  If your car seat is not listed on this page, please contact us with the make/model of your car seat and if possible the measurement around the entire seat at the widest part (around the wings).

  • Please read the how to use page including the safety warnings and tips before your purchase.

  • All pieces are shipped in a reusable, organza bag and placed in a plastic courier bag.

  • Please let me know if you would like to send a Cozy Dozee directly to someone as a gift and I'd be happy to include a handwritten note for you.

  • Items are usually shipped within 3 working days after funds are cleared. If you would like guaranteed next day delivery, please contact us to arrange. It costs an extra $5. Regular postage price, for up to 4 products, including tracking is $8.25.

International Customers: 

  • We ship to New Zealand. Regular post is $13.50. We are unable to supply countries worldwide at this time. 

  • All items quoted throughout our website are in Australia dollars.

Return Policy:

Please note that every child falls asleep differently in each individual car seat brand.  

We have designed the Cozy Dozee to universally fit (within the sizes) as best as possible. If you are unhappy with the fit or have any problems, questions or concerns about your Cozy Dozee, please contact us immediately. 

We are very confident we will be able to satisfy your concern; however, if you are still not happy we will be happy to provide you with a full refund within 21 days of purchase. Just contact us and return your Cozy Dozee in its complete and original packaging (undamaged), along with proof of purchase and we will send you a full refund (excluding postage).

    When you purchase from our store, we collect the personal information you give us upon check out ie your name, address and email address.
    When you make a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting your information and using it for the specific purpose of email marketing and newsletters. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
